Lost Caverns of Ixalan Sunday Two-Headed Giant Prerelease

Begin the adventure of multiple lifetimes with Dinosaurs and Ancient Gods guarding untold treasures in The Lost Caverns of Ixalan!
You’ll experience the thrill of opening Lost Caverns of Ixalan cards for the first time with other Magic players who enjoy the game just as much as you. Everything you’ll need to play will be provided as part of your entry fee—you simply show up and play!
Prereleases are Sealed Deck format events, where you build a minimum 40-card minimum deck using the contents of a themed Prerelease Pack. For Two-Headed Giant players pool their cards together to build a 40 card minimum deck for each teammate.
After you build your decks, you’ll be randomly paired with another team for a best two-of-three match. Each round you’ll report who won and be paired up with a different team. Each team starts with 30 life and teams play through the phases of the game at the same time.
Lost Caverns of Ixalan Prerelease Pack contents:
- 6 Lost Caverns of Ixalan booster packs
- A promo pack with one FOIL Rare of Mythic date stamped for prerelease
- Spindown life counter
Registration for this event closes at 5 pm and will get started shortly thereafter. For each person who enters the tournament we will add 2 set booster packs of Lost Caverns of Ixalan to the prize pool. Each person is guaranteed at least one booster pack if they finish the event.
The entry fee for the event is $35 per player ($70 per team).
